Pamela Haefner a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with families and children.

Pam has devoted her career to helping children and families thrive. She understands that this happens when parents and children enjoy strong supportive and nurturing relationships. Her training in social work and psychotherapy along with her years of experience in child welfare, adoptions, and clinical practice compliment her expertise in infancy and early childhood development. Through consultation and parental education, she helps parents better understand themselves and their children. Parents learn and practice new and helpful skills in a warm and supportive environment.

Pam is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, trained through the International Association of Infant Massage. She teaches infant massage to parents and grandparents in individual and group settings. As well, she is a certified instructor for The Happiest Baby, Inc.

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Pam now lives in Virginia with her husband, two sons and a myriad of pets. She is an avid gardener and enjoys the outdoors, baking, reading and mostly spending time with her family and friends.
